Business Envestor accreditation is designed for any company committing to improve environmental performance. Successful companies are able to use the Business Envestor accreditation logo to demonstrate their commitment to the environment.
What’s involved?
Business envestors accreditation assessments are at a level equivalent to BS8555
Phase 1.
Accreditation is currently valid for two years although BEMS reserves the right to request spot check audits in the interim period. Assessment Fees are kept as low as possible to encourage members to gain accreditation. Fees are based on company size to reflect the anticipated time an auditor will spend on site, and range from £250 to £500. However in certain circumstances, where there may be particularly complex processes to assess, it may be necessary to charge a higher fee.
